We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Coupon codes cannot be added after purchase. Please note coupon codes or promotions cannot be combined. You may use whichever is higher.
The purchaser is responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the package as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
An order does not qualify for a refund if a package comes back to us as insufficient or wrong address. If a package is returned as undeliverable and the customer provides the correct address. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping fees.
We process orders Monday-Thursday. In order placed after 10:00 am on Thursday will begin processing on the following Monday.All orders are shipped within 1-7 days of placing order using USPS or DHL for international shipping. Customer chooses shipping rates at time of order. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
